We know why.
Don’t forget Charlie Sheen. He’s been arrested for domestic violence at least six times and shot a woman. With a gun. And he’s still got a career.
Sean Penn tied Madonna to a chair and beat her. Fuck him. Fuck all of them.
Ringo too I’m pretty sure
Phil Spector, although he’s now in jail for killing a lady he beat on Ronnie Spector for years and still got into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame
Jim Morrison tried to set fire to his girlfriend
I could go on.
The point isn’t that the men on the left don’t deserve everything bad they have coming to them. The point is where the fuck is all the outrage when the men on the right do it. So many of our pop culture heroes are abusers and nobody seems to care.
Like, even if we’re gonna stick to the NFL, Ben Roethlisberger patiently sat out his six game suspension for rape and continued on with his career with little outrage.
If we’re really going to care now about ostracizing perpetrators of domestic violence, we got a lotta slack to pick up.
How the fuck did I not know this?!
The original order was:
- Many Happy Returns
- Friend in Need (1 and 2)
- Soul Posession
- When Fates Collide
It makes much more sense if you see the last episodes in that order <3
13 years of pain over this decision
Ikr?? That’s why i saw it again in that order, then my soul is in peace~
Does it really make that much of a difference?!!? Should I watch them in that order?!?!
Yes, for the love of GOD, YES, watch in that order! You’ll thank us later …
That’s blown my mind, that makes so much sense in that order. IS this for real? I don’t care I’m gonna watch it like that anyway!!
Yes it is!! Actually it was “shuffled” in that order because they wanted Xena’s finale to be “more dramatic” than Hercules (thats another note from “Xena’s Facts”)
Tapert had to apologize for this shitty decision.
Sometimes, producers make shitty decisions and their audience tells them as much and they learn stuff.
This is one criminally underrated Batman villain.
SERIOUSLY THOUGH SHE WAS MY FAVORITE BATMAN VILLAIN
Her physical condition didn’t allow her to age
No one took her seriously as an actress
And even when she was trying to get into a happy romantic relationship (albeit with another villain) he still couldn’t take her seriously as a consenting, sexually active and romantically interested adult
That’s a lot of blows to someone’s psyche
and Babydoll is both a sympathetic villain and a formidable one
I remember this episode fucked me up a a kid.
And man, do I wish we could see this Batman again: the Batman that consoles his villains, because the majority (if not all) of them are mentally ill people. And Batman knows this and wants them healthy again, not punished and GOD definitely not dead.
